1-Most of the time, I try to control my thought and reach a positive sense. For example, my desire is respectful behavior therefore I should treat with every one respectfully. And, every time I have a negative sense about the manners of a person, simultaneously, my mind alarm and it reminds me of that the world acts like a mirror.

2-Yes, I have experienced a situation where my thoughts and intentions impacted my reality in a positive way. Two years ago, I wanted to choose a subject for my dissertation in MSc course. I liked to take with my former professor but my academic advisor would not accept. Firstly, I was so depressed and had an unfavorable sense. But, when other student said inappropriate things about her that she is so serious and strict I try to focused on positive features such as, professional pedagogue. After a period, we got along together and had a great relationship.

3-I definitely believe that our thoughts and intentions can have a broader impact on the world around us. Let me tell you a story that illustrates this. When I was starting to work on myself, each person that was around me whether changed or spontaneously got away from me. I had a close relationship with my older sister and I called her daily but now we hardly talk together.

4-I used to get really overwhelmed and stressed out whenever I faced a challenge or setback in my life. It felt like everything was going wrong and I couldn’t see a way out of it. For instance, I had a big Achilles heel in relationship and thought that I should make a relationship fast so I had a bad sense and each person that got familiar with me was restless and hasty. Hence, after a while, our relationship broke down. Therefore, I realized that I should continue working myself and my frequencies should be fix. These days, I am very tranquil and don’t any rush about any things and exactly enjoy my life.

5- Yes, I can definitely think of a time when my negative thoughts and intentions impacted my life in a negative way. Almost two years ago, I made a mistake about one of my patient and because of, I had a controversial conversation with my boss after that I focused unconscious to his negatives features and this stream was ruining my relationship with other colleagues. I also became increasingly unhappy and stressed, which impacted my personal life. So, I decided to change my thought about him. Therefore, I wrote positives features of him in my notebook and looked at it several time in day. Fortunately, I could to feel a good sense about him. In fact, he is a perfect and respectful person and I can easily concentrate on the positive aspects of him. Overall, controlling our thought especially with speaking ourselves is very important.

6- In the past, I used to have rush to achieve my goals and didn’t really enjoy the way. But, according to training my dear mentor, I understand that destination isn’t main. While, we should always be happy and thankful. And we can reach our goals if we balance our desire with our entrance.
