1. At the first It was so hard for me to believe but my heart always believe in this words and laws I think God pushed me to start.
God helps me step by step, After 2 years I known you and my life changed so much. Everytime I listened to your voice I really shocked and when I get to do your lessons eveytime I surprised.
Now more than 500 days, I have started to change my life and everyday I listen to your lessons as long as I can.
2. Everyday I compare my self to my past and I really proud of myself.
I was a person who had problem with everything, so I had problem with myself, my family, my friends,… and I thought I am great but they have problem. I have never felt good to anything I didn’t enjoy my life, I was a person who just alive without any good feelings.
So I have started to change myself, my behavior and improve my character then God guides me to start 12steps course.
After one year I am really another person I am confident, ambitious, thankful, kind hearted, generous, lovely, healthy, powerful, full of positive energy, optimist, happy, funny, lucky, tolerant,… and I have every good things that I never had.
I have lots of Good friends, I am satisfie with my family with myself and my life.
I achieved lots of good things when I changed my mind about myself.
3. when I changed my mind and think positively my world has changed.
I met wonderful people like myself. Their think, behavior, believes and … are like me. And those people who were like my past, they far away from my life very easily.
This Neda is a person who I always wish to be now I have my wonderful character.
Everyday is different and full of good things in my life.
4. I was not confident in the past, everytime I wanted to do something important I was really stressed and I can not do as well as I can.
Now I achieve everything I want by your amazing exercise in 12steps.
Everyday I talk to God and say everything I want to do very well and My Lord always help and guide me and I always trust God.
Every night I wrote about my day and thank God for every happen.
5. In the past I was a negative person and my life become worse and worse but I always think about this sentence in Koran: with every hardness is goodness.
One day my life will be change.
I do not want think about that days because It was so hard for me but the happiness of those days is now days I have experience in my life.
6. The best news is that we can achieve everything we want.
And God helps us step by step to achieve our goals.
I am so happy because I am enjoying every second in my life.
I am thankful for everything in my life.

2-Yes, the biggest and most important goal I had, and I actually started the path with this goal, because it had affected my life greatly, was in the field of relationships, especially relationships with my family, which were due to false beliefs that I was experiencing unpleasant relationships for years; But with the same exercises that I answered in question one and perseverance and faith in God and love and commitment that I gave to myself and my Lord and not clinging to the result and at every stage I received guidance from my Lord and I had to do things without hesitation I was inspired, and after two to three years with the help of my Lord, I now have a very beautiful relationship with my family, and I must say that along the way I had many challenges and contradictions, and sometimes I was disappointed, but overall I was hopeful and confident. that will be.
3-I think that it is only our beliefs that affect our lives and we can create a good or bad life for ourselves only with our beliefs and the center of our attention and the inputs of our minds.
