I try to enjoy what I have and improve it; I think, it helps me to have a better one2) when I realize to have negative thoughts I try to think what I like, after some times I faster realize those thoughts in my mind so they would be lesserWhen I try to enjoy those and be happy with them I dont quarrel with others in my mind so negative thoughts about them would be lesser in my mind3) I had watched chickens in "life in paradise" after that I went to a garden and there were a lot of chickens. I've looked at a butterfly necklace picture and someone gave me one to protect it for her.4) when I have a bad situation in my life and it repeats I find that the majority of my thoughts aren't alignment with my desiers then I think about my thoughts and the conversations I have with myself in my mind about it, after that I try to think the opposite of them, specially in the bed.
Just for myself, no Tv, no interest, noting, Just writ my self and focus for my gold.

1 ) when I want to manifest a desire, try to focus on it. For example i use to watch related movies on YouTube. And talk about it with my friends.
Put some photos near my eyes. Make a video with music and pictures.
2) we can't don't think about negatives. We must attention to something. So we must focus on what we want and left the others. When a though make you feel bad . Just need to focus on positive points . To reach good feeling. Whenever something negative happen there are alot more good thing to attention in same time.
3) yes .like when i wanted romantic relationship,
I imagined i have it already. Watched romance movies and books. Soon after that i met someone and experienced new thing. That was amazing because i knew made it myself.
4) i think feeling is the key. When you feel good it means I'm in right way. If you almost feel good it means you're doing right and continue
5) yes. Of course. I need something but my mom was disagree with me. And took it from me. That was very bad for me but i just try to chang my point of view to reach good feeling. After one day my mom came and let use that thing and her motion was completely different. I could feel that was my reward for controlling my emotion.

Question 1: Nowadays , i spend most of the my time surfing Abasmanesh cite that has proper content which help me focusing on positive thoughts. Watching series of traveling around America and writing comment enhance my vibrite frequency in the morning.
Another thing that I do is practicing gratitude in ech and every moment while I driving my car or eating delicious food or talking to my beloveds
I also avoid watching TV and news
As a matter of thoughts, I personally try to shift my prrspective through asking good questions and try to fininding the answer.
Visualising and imaging myself already having the thing that i wish, is another technique to manifest my desire.
Question 2: The process of recognizing negative thoughts starts with feelings. When I’m experiencing bad emotions, I notice that nonproductive thoughts runing in my mind. So I personally don’t look for the reason. Insted i interefer and take action by play a video game or do puzzles…doing this helps me to reduce the negativity. Next step is consum positive thoughts or repet positive affirmation which filter out negative thoughts
At the end, I belive that awareness of what we think, is basic factor for starting the process of positive thinking
Question3: I used to watch Indian movies and I liked to be victim in my life and judged by others. What happened is that most of that time I was victim and a weak person. But after trying to chang my mindset and recently watching series of traveling around America, i see places like what I saw in series.
Dealing with such outcomes made me cautious about what I consum to my mind and do my best to choose media that aligns with my values.
Question 4: As I mentioned in question 3, my feeling tells me weather I am in alignment with my desire or not..
But I intentionally do some activity for helping me stay focused

In the past, I used to go through a negative scenario in details up to the end of it instead of filtering it. So they not only weren't being filtered but also were being strengthen with more and more thinking.
Now that I am aware that it doesn't help me, I just stop thinking right after the first vibes of a negative thought are showing up, no matter it's based on reality or based on my imaginations. Then I intentionality focus on something else to bring myself into the current moment; like a happy music.
Walking also helps me a lot since it works like an active meditation to me that makes my mind stop processing negative thoughts. Actually I think that all kind of meditations can help alot with it but to me active meditations work better. It means that I need to take some physical actions (like workout) to involve my body, and when the body is involved, the mind's priority would be taking care of body instead of going through negative scenarios.
Writing down about what makes me concerned also works really good to me. I just take some time to write about it. When something is written, the mind automatically will let it go since it thinks that it's written somewhere so won't get forgotten. Now I can take care of other things.
I should mention that trying to fool my mind has not always been easy to me at all, but when something is necessary, it must be done.

After ten years of following of Master Abasmanesh and I try many things based on Master Abasmanesh teachings, now I believe the best approach for me to manifest my desires is following up the contents which published on tasvirkhani.com website. honestly I say Master Abasmanesh is a unique person who has a high level of awareness and useful information about the law of attraction, therefore the content of his website such as for free content or his courses about the law of attraction including Wealth Psychology Courses, the Law of Creating, the Twelve Steps, etc. can help me and others to focus on them to manifest our desires.
2. How do you become aware of and filter out negative or nonproductive thoughts that may be hindering your manifestation process?
I believe we can sense our thoughts with our feelings, that means I as a pupil of the law of attraction must aware about my thoughts by sense my feelings every moment, then if I have had a bad feeling I must focus on the reasons of it. After finding the reasons of my bad feelings, my duty is pay attention to other thoughts which can give me good feelings such as my family including my two beautiful daughters, my good career situation, my comfortable vehicle etc.

Yes of course, I have a good example which illustrates how my thoughts unconscious directed me to noticed to bad news on social media then I experienced failure in my job. I exactly remembered the first matter that I learned from Master Abasmanesh is that I must aware about the type of media that I consumed it, because the major of media focus on bad news and they can lead me to failure. So I decided to avoid from all social media such as Instagram, YouTube etc. then I removed all of them from my smart phone except LinkedIn. I have had some reasons to save LinkedIn on my smart phone, I believed I can used LinkedIn to improve my career, but unfortunately during time LinkedIn leaded me to bad news that gived me bad sense and direct me to frustration. This story occurred unconscious and caused I experienced failure in my career, because I paid attention to unwanted issues.

5_ about 2-3 years ago l went to some routine Religious meetings that they’d said thinges against my new beliefs about Virtue of wealth.
They had accepted and believe that
poverty is good
So I stopped going to that meeting and stop thinking in that way and you know they shocked I stopped going there and asked me to come back but it was finished for me and now after 2_3years tanks to Lord I change my house to a better place that have more sign of wealth
