How Your Daily Choices Shape Your Requests to the Universe and Subconscious Mind

Every day, you send out requests to the universe and your subconscious mind through your thoughts. This means that what you think about, read about, talk about, and give your attention to all contribute to the requests you make. This includes the books and magazines you read, the TV shows and movies you watch, the websites you visit, the blogs you read, and the music you listen to.

Avoiding Contradictory and Unfocused Thoughts to Achieve Your Goals

However, much of this thought is random and nonproductive. You often think about things without even realizing it or intending to. This can be detrimental to your desires and goals because it leads to contradictory and unfocused thoughts. If you’re not intentional with your thoughts, you can end up attracting things you don’t actually want.

How Mixed Messages Hinder Manifestation of Success

For example, if you want to attract abundance and success, but you constantly focus on your lack of money and setbacks, you’re sending mixed messages to the universe. Your subconscious mind will pick up on these contradictions and confusion, making it harder to manifest your desires.

The Power of Mindfulness and Awareness

So, what can you do to make sure your thoughts are deliberate and productive? First, you need to be aware of your thoughts and pay attention to what you’re thinking about. This means being present in the moment and noticing when your thoughts start to wander.

The Power of Intentional Thinking and Visualization

Next, you need to be intentional with your thoughts. This means choosing what you think about and focusing on your desires. You can do this by setting specific goals and visualizing yourself achieving them. You can also use affirmations to reinforce positive thoughts and beliefs.

Let’s go ahead and begin responding to questions.1.Answer to first question:Actually mind control and filtering the useless thoughts which make me feel bad still is a everyday’s challenge for me myself. Some days less and some days more; but for me it’s directly connected to my relationship with God and faith. You remind a fantastic sentence from Qoran in one of your files under name of “The Signs of Attract Law in Qoran”. That sentence’s meaning is “whispering is only from the side of devil to make you sad.” Whenever my mind starts to say bull-shits I try to suffocate her in the beginning with reminding myself this sentence of Qoran. I learned that I must not let the specific negative thought to continues and gets power in my mind because if it continues, it will get power and then making it silent will be so difficult! So from the first that one negative thought wants to come to my mind, I try to not let even the first sentence of negative thought be completed in my mind and I say to myself “whispering is only from the side of devil to make you sad Shahrzad. So be careful to not fall into the trap. The God that guided and supported you until here, will guid you for the rest of the path too.” The days that my relationship with the Creator of the universe is more powerful, the negative thoughts will be ended up immediately after warning to myself, but the days that my focus is more on my job instead of working on myself and working on my relationship with God, it may takes a little more time to make the whispers silent and devil makes a little fun with my mind for himself, but by the way I’m the winner at the end.In addition to above I have to add a point. Sometimes negative thoughts are from a source that must not be made silent or ignore; in-fact it’s due to a problem or a matter that is in conflict to our desires that must be solved. For example recently I noticed that one of my staff had done a very bad mistake in the job which could make serious problems. With the help of God I was informed at the last moment and I modified it. But after that the negative thoughts were coming to my mind that may be some other mistakes exist that I haven’t noticed them yet! For a while as my focus was to increase the volume of my sales, I was oblivious to control all operation matters and now it was causing some problems. For this time I could not and should not to just ignore negative thoughts and replace them with good ones. Actually I had to solve the problem completely. Next day I went to my work sooner than always, I checked all emails and documents of the current projects. It took some days and finally I checked all but at the end I finally got that there are 3 other serious mistakes from this staff’s side. I talked with her seriously, she felt ashamed and started to cry. I finished the conversation and just asked her to be more concentrated at work and I asked her for issuing each and single document, first I should check the document and confirm it. Two days passed, she brought a document to me for confirmation and I found another mistake in it. Then I realized that I’m expecting her more than her capacity and I have to add another staff to help in doing some parts of jobs.Therefore about these kind of matters, they must be solved completely.2.Answer to second question:Yes sure. Before being familiar with you, my dear mentor, I’d like to watch famous American series at nights. However it helped me to improve my English but during the night my dreams were about the series topics and also as the series were involving the mind, during the day I was somehow stressed and not feeling very good. When I stopped all series and medias to focus on your files, I was relieved and thinking positive and motivated was easier.In my idea the most important action for starting this path for everyone is to stop using medias and stop relationship with people who don’t have any goals or their believes are obviously In opposite of your lessons.3. Answer to third question:As I mentioned in responding to second question, it’s really important to not be in contact with negative people. In the past I had some friends, one was talking about her doubts about her husband, the other was gossiping her mother-in-law most of the times and generally having a goal and talking about positive matters was a joke for them. When I stopped relationship with them a huge energy leak was removed from my life. About the people who are in contact with me now, they know very well that they cannot talk about negative matters with me. However they’re personalities aren’t negative type of people but even in relation with me they’re more positive.Controlling the inputs of the mind (medias and people around) , was the main key for entering the path for me myself.Thanks again my dear mentor, God bless you.
