The best way for filtering negative thoughts is avoiding negative people, another example is turning off negative and limiting tv programs, especially news.
When was the time I changed my thoughts and my feelings and then my frequency changed? When I visit some of my relatives, and,most of the time, it makes me sad.I start watching my favorite videos, and I read my pleasure books, and I concentrate on my job ,it really helps me to have better feelings.
How can I avoid negative people?
I think, when I work on myself and my work and career, I will be a stronger person and then spontaneously those negative ones will be omitted.

1. How do you filter out negative and nonproductive thoughts from your mind and replace them with positive ones
I think it could be helpful if we see the big picture.
Having ideas such as ((finally every thing in favor of me)) and ((what happen is the best could be happen)) .
They saying to us that we are not alone here on the earth and who is creat all the universe are taking care of us at any moment.
As Holly Quran said:
Your Lord has neither forsaken you, nor is He displeased with you,
So we find out all negative and worrying thoughts are big lies.
Even though when we are within the condition, it’s really hard to maintain this mindset,I think it’s our job to reach or be nearby to that point.
In my case , from I remember myself, I’m afraid of darkness and elf.
And never I haven’t seen any of them and this proof to me that this frightening thoughts are not real but overcome the fear while I know the truth is really hardwork to me.
Also I’ve had bad inputs like horror movies in spite of my fear!!
But after I find out a very nice believe in ((aghle kol)) that said mentioned this verse:
((I did not create the jinn and the humans except that they may worship Me.))
And my friend had added this pont: not to scare each other!
In conclusion, I wanna say, having big picture from universe , finding related verses in Quran and add rational proofs of ourselves are really helpful to filter out negative thoughts and replace them with rational positive ones.
2. Can you think of a time when you deliberately changed the type of media you consume and noticed a positive impact on your thoughts and actions?
Couple of years ago when I get married new,I was idealist in holding parties. it was very important to me that everything have to be perfect in all aspect and I bothered myself and my spouse too alot. And holding parties became a Huge and detailed project to me.
After some years Endure this hardship , little by little I see that any party I was going wasn’t perfect.it take time to my eyes be open and see the truth.
So I ended up with this idea that no matter if every thing isn’t perfect. This is possible!
And now I’m more comfortable with holding parties.
And I’m not as anxious and even angry as I was in past.
3. How do you ensure that the people in your life have a positive impact on your thoughts and goals, rather than bringing negativity and doubt?
Recently sth occurred to me that is interesting!
I decided hold a party for the new house God given to us and invite my spouse’s relatives.
first-time I invited his aunts and also my mother and father-in-law and during the party I said to my mother-in-law that I decided to invite two uncles for second party and ask her to be with us.
And she said it’s not necessary to invite them , it’s OK, and you can just invite another uncle that I didn’t mentioned!!
At first I got shocked!! And even think it will be make problems if they know about my panties!
But when I reflect on the issue, I see they are negative persons and that’s universe’s favor to apart us , although we see each others in short time is routine newyear meeting .

1: I’m still an amateur trainee and I might be not good enough to make examples of myself. For me is first step look at the indicator. When you want to start your car you have to check the fuel indicator. What is our fuel indicator ? Our emotional feeling. If I have a negative feeling it means there is a negative though. Maybe I’m thinking of something good but I feel negative, it means I’m focusing on lak or lose. Changing the place where we are sometimes help to change thoughts . (Have you ever been entered in a room for something and forgot what were you looking for? That’s because most times when you change place, your mind will shift thoughts ) Focusing on anything beautiful. A flower, a tree , a bird, a beautiful building, beach, sea , a sunrise or sunset. There is always something beautiful around us to be focused. But greatest instrument for me is your website, Abasmanesh.com . Watching clips and reading and writing comments can skyrocket my energy.
2: Several times at work, when my colleagues start to complain about everything, or there’s News or movies on TV which cause negative feeling, I get out of room, sit outside, besides trees and watch the birds, and I play one of your vocal files and focus on it. When my feeling become good, it means “mission is successfully accomplished” now I’m on course again. (TV is my greatest enemy)
3: first I believe the only impossible thing on the world is changing people’s lives and thoughts. I’m still not as powerful as not getting negative by people around me. I have keep my mind on a safe area. When they start speaking about negative events and bad situations I change the topic or I leave the place. I always can feel the alarms in my mind. (Negative talks – Danger zone – leave the place). The more we work on ourselves consciously, the more people are getting changed. Some people will change their minds and some others will be replaced by better people. I’m alone and silent most times. I ignore my colleagues and sometimes my family. Sometimes I tell my wife , I need something outside, I’m getting out. Or I want go jogging. But the main purpose is just keeping my mind clean and positive and generate positive frequency, and sending positive signal to the universe.
Focusing on beautiful things around us will always help. Focusing on beauties is an ability that we get better as much as we do it more. Sometimes I’m wondering why people are not looking at that great landscape or that beautiful beach or sunrise or sunset or flower. Because I am so thrilled to watching and enjoying beauties. Right now I’m standing outside and watching sunrise and yellow highlights on clouds, Birds are playing and singing. Magnificent view. I wish I could share a picture.

#1: when bad thoughts wants to start, from the very beginning I say this is from my past pattern and way of life, and now I'm in the different way so I have to control all of my thoughts consciously, and if it's like to stop me from doing something new which I haven't done yet, I remind myself the good things that maight happen for me by doing it and I start to think about the good results of it, or I make visions about it that I'm in a very great point or I having good feelings. thus, this makes me motivated, like when I wanted to start the practices of selfsteem course, I started to Visualization the results that I might get, like what our master says in the course. all the time I have to remind myself to feel better but the secret is to try for only a little better feeling, we cann't feel great when we feel down, we could only get better a little by little, so when you feel down or you feel something like anger or hateness, just to try to feel a little better, and think about it that what makes you a little better, and then your mind propose the ways, something like noticing the beautiful things around you and think about the beauty of them, sometimes i need to feel better becouse something unsolved is in my mind ,I try to write it down and when I do this I feel a little better or sometimes when I write things, the solutions come up and make me happy couse now I figured out.
#2: when I started to change my life, God brought the master (mr.seyed hossein abasmanesh) to my life, I started to do whatever I could from my master teachings, the first thing was deleting TV and after a while when I saw the results, I deleted all the things that may shape my mindset with bad beliefs, so I deleted instegram as a social network that I had, even though I just was using it for whatching sport clips or online shops, after deleting it I felt much focus on myself and I'm never regret of doing it.
#3: after some experiences in my life, learning new things in every aspects and achieve new visions or providing my visions, was my principal in relationships, and now I added a new principle which is having positive mind and actions. thus, now I have a family around me that all are memeber of this site and they use the teachings, my two sisters and my cousin. we all day speak about our results from using the teachings and our desires and our visions or how to be more involved with the site and teachings or how to perform them better in life.

About filtering out my negative and non-productive thoughts I try to think to positive ones,and about how, I I try to remember to the positive happens which have significant effects in my life, and filling my mind with them.
To answer to the question number two, actually, it’s a long time that I deliberately change the media that I consume, and I understand the positive impact of that unknown my mind.
Our mind like our body needs food, and the food of mine is media, so it’s better to full of our mind with positive ones.
And for answering to the question number three I should say we have a great compass in our .heart and it’s feeling
Feeling says that we are happy or angry for being with someone, and personally, I use of my feeling for being with someone.

Our subconscious makes things happen in our lives by sending requests to God.
To achieve our goals, we need to change beliefs, and this kind of subconscious sends a different request to God.
