1) QUESTION NO.1
I use a technique that it really helps me out.
First I have broken down thoughts into 3section:
1)work of god
2)work of others
3)work of me!
For example, if a thought is: he shouldn't tell that to me, or you must be polite and ….
I realize that is a thought relating to the work of others, and this isn't my business. I can't control others, then this thought will disappear soon.
After that, if a thought came up:
If I die? If my parents die?…….and some kind of these thought I realize that is work of god and I have not controlled on it then my thought will disappear soon again.
And finally, if my thoughts be related to me
For example:
I never can't do this
I am not beautiful.
I remember to myself that is not true
Because I don't feel good
And it shows me that awareness of mind contrasts with awareness of my soul and must be substituted for better
This technique(final one) is according to your love course that is wonderful.
Another work that I'm done is:
I visualize that I haven't believe that thought and laughed at it and said to other that how ridiculous if someone had that thought cos of it's a lie
And this visualize really chill me out

Hi master abasmanesh Hi to my loved family in siteQ 1I chang e negative thought with witing .when i am sad start to writing good events in the pass and futher i noly write and write and write and this is interesting that i become glad in same moment and make me feel happy .when i have a bad feel i need to a pen and notebook only . So I start to counting good things in my life such healthy or poverty or listen to the song of birds .or walking in rain.2q.I before of membering in site dont like social media such tv or inestagram……I havent had social media yet .So that God show this site to me and when i start to watching the master file so totally delet e tv and other media .of my life for few years.Also i delet negative people in my around and when see one people talk about problem i change her or his topicsOr i left that place ..I really see and touch perfect life without negative people .i havent had tv for 6 year s and i am happyer now .i become more hopful and i am not sad and i am calmer now.and i like continue this way for always.

1)How do you filter out negative and nonproductive thoughts from your mind and replace them with positive ones?
Whenever a nagative thought comes to me ,I learned to stand and watch it with my closed eyes,I see it and try to understand the root of it ,after some minutes,I try to let it go by visualizing my desires,for instance,I visualize that I am in a beautiful forest , touching the colorful flowers, breathing the fresh air, photographing an awesome scene,etc …all of these great things help me to ignore that negative thought and feel better than before.
2)Can you think of a time when you deliberately changed the type of media you consume and noticed a positive impact on your thoughts and actions?
Yes,I can easily remember a time when I deliberately changed the type of media l consume and noticed a positive condition came to me .
I spent my time alot in social media and followed the nonproductive pages that brought me some kinds of bad and stressed moment for me , suddenly I felt I am anxious about nothing and mad at my kids and others , gradually I got that these are bcs of this kind of media that I am their follower,I started to omit them ,and tried to listen to our lessons here more than 4hours a day ,oh ,I couldn't believe that how they have had great impact on every aspect of my life,I ve felt happy,productive,full of mindfulness and motivation for reaching to my goals,after that I am full of great intentions and feelings during my day and make a very good progress on my routine and my life .

I try to avoid negative people (specially during new year holidays) &if I receive bad news try to ignor it ,by saying(everything happen would be best )for me…
2)second
yes..many times…specially during this holidays,(I could nt find more empety time to focus on my mind &all of I need so it became slowly &my bad &negative feelings comes to disappointed me…then I started conciously to get more posetive food to my mind &try to shift from bad to better thing I could…so the result would be change…somethings good happen to me recently ,I get some gift or I heard good news…

actually (I think its my weakpoint ) &try to do it better now…beacuse there are some realationships that impact us by negative thoughts &feelings…in fact in this situation I try to be quiet or changing my mind to other things that makes me happy or put me in posetive mood more…

When a negative thought appears in my mind,I remind myself that this negative thought makes me feel bad,and bad feelings cause bad things to happen.So I try to get this thought out of my mind as soon as possible.In this way I start doing something useful that engages my mind,such as listening and watching a good file.
Although most of my time is full and my mind is busy with positive things that I do every day,such as walking,doing sports exercises,and working on professor’s files;so negative thoughts don’t get a chance to inter my mind
2-can you think of a time when you deliberately change the type of media you consume and noticed a positive impact on your thoughts and actions?
Yes, two or three years ago I decided to stop watching TV news,and deleted all the news channels I had on my phone.I also tried to stay away from instagram and virtual media,and pay more attention to the beaties around me.
Very soon I felt the impact of this decision in my life!
I see that my stress is less and my mental peace is much more than,before.
And because I dont pay attention to negative things,I see them less,and the world has become much more beautiful in my opinion.
3-How do you ensure that the people in your life have a positive impact on your thoughts and goals,rather than bringing negativity and doubt?
I can influence them with my positive words and thoughts,I have actually done this during the past 2-3 years,and gradually I see that their way of thinking has become more positive and they have less pessimism and negativity.

First of all, I think we must gain this belief that we can reach our desires with the power within us.
Second, this belief will make the courage to have goals, to set goals, to think about our desires, to let our desires to come into existence in our minds.

1. How do you filter out negative and nonproductive thoughts from your mind and replace them with positive ones?
In case of non-productive thoughts I realize that the effect of such thoughts is more non productive thoughts and feeling, so I choose to take a shower or go walking to change the thoughts.
Another way to change unwanted thoughts and feelings is to listen to podcasts or read books.
2. Can you think of a time when you deliberately changed the type of media you consume and noticed a positive impact on your thoughts and actions?
Changing the media and taking care of the foods I gave to my mind, have an immediate impact to my thoughts, feelings and finally my results.
Lately the changes in the price of Dollar and its impact on other fields of economy, suffered our business and caused non-wanted thoughts to surround my mind, but when I noticed them and controlled my mind and brought my focus on my goals, the problem solved automatically after 2 weeks of feeding new positive thoughts to my mind.
3. How do you ensure that the people in your life have a positive impact on your thoughts and goals, rather than bringing negativity and doubt?
I think people around us are the most important source of data that our minds arrive. So choosing the friends and colleagues that match your frequency is a key to control your mind and control your success way.
Because of your teachings, I can realize the frequency of people around me, so I will change the place if there are any mis match in beliefs and thoughts of people around me or I control myself to not contribute in their discussions.

Professor, I really like to learn English and I am a beginner, but I know that now is not the time to learn the language because I have other things to do. Currently, I only watch cartoons in the original language for my children, and this is an opportunity to learn the language. First of all I wan to thank master abasmanesh for designing such questions which helps us to understand the law. Although they are simple, but they help us to grasp the law of the universe better.
Question 1: one technique that I use is to ask questions about the origin of that thought . Whether it is logical or just a judgment made by mind? For instance i called my partner and she didn't answer. Negative thoughts gave me bad felling then I told myself maybe her phone is on silent mode or maybe she is busy with something ….delving into different possibilities step by step made my mood better and when she called me and explained about her situation I figured out that it was completely nonproductive thoughts.
Another technique that I us is interruption .
It means if inappropriate thoughts invade your mind you have to occupy your mind with different subject such as do puzzel or play a game or.. After a while, when the intensity of negative thoughts decreased, it's easier to handle the situation and you can filter out negatives
Question 2:
Of course, around 5 years ago I was fan of news and BBC cite..I wanted to learn English and I have been consuming negative thoughts. When I became aware of how media can impact our life I cut seeing news ..After a while I noticed that my life has changed and i experienced more peace,hope of having bright future and the most important, creating my own life by myself
3. Knowing the fact that people around me have impact on my life, I meticulously choose media friends. But the people who already in my life, i reflect on them and put some filter s in order to se weathe4 they are uplifting or nor.
Generally speaking, I prefer to be alone rather than have relationship with people who are not know their value
Last but not least, i'm not afraid of cut my relationship with negative prople

Q1:I always repeat this teacher's statement to myself that: every negative thought is from the devil and is absolutely wrong and "not true". And that's why I try to look at things in a way that makes me feel better. And if negative thoughts attack me, I repeat the upper sentence and replace the negative with positive thoughts or give calming answers to the whispering.
I would like to give an example about the teacher's second solution because it made me think, but with the guidance of Allah, I got the answer.
The case that is evidence for your negative thinking: sometimes someone insults you face to face! How can I feel better in these cases? Think that this person's behavior is not related to me; it may be from He is upset somewhere else or has mental confusion and behaved like this! If anyone else were in my place, he would have been treated the same way and I try not to take anything personally.
But if I see a person who looks at me and whispers in another person's ear, if I think that this person is slandering me, this is an example of a case where there is no evidence for this negative thought and it is the trick of my mind. Because I really don't know what they are saying! So I say to myself, I dont know what they are saying,But they might be complimenting my looks. And this thought makes me feel good.
Q2:Yes! Ever since I left all social media, I feel much, much better in general. And since I have been seriously on the site and listening to files, I can recognize much better that, for example, This conversation doesn't add anything to me and I have to end it or change the topic. Especially since I started seeing life in paradise, in first days, I was in a very beautiful place similar to Paradise, and the interesting point was that when i was there,after seeing the beautifull sky with magic clouds and enjoing the gentle breez,the rain start to fall!and there was that i found it out :im in a place like paradise!
I was admiring the beauty of the rain on the paradise lake,and that day I saw the rainfall in that green place and on the surface of a beautiful small lake with ducks around it and a short wooden bridge on it, in front of me.I was walking on the wet ground in that wonderful weather and I remembered that two days ago I had admired one of the files with all my heart,on that file the teacher filmed the beauty after the rain in the surroundings of Mr. Charejo's house. I looked at the wet ground after the rain and admired it, and my request was sent to the world at that moment which the teacher called it: rocket of desire.
That was for i jast have watched mybe 5 of life in paradise with total joy.
Q3:From the feeling I have when talking to them
If the conversations and behaviors don't make me feel positive, and it's better to say if they don't talk about the law of attraction or beauty and desires, I try to change the subject or leave the place. I keep thinking that sitting here There is no use!
