I’m so proud that I’m here and when looking at the times I was struggling with my problems I thought that life is just like that,everybody has its own problems,and you can’t do anything, I asked God to help me ,at first I thought that someone outside of my world should come and solve my problem, but later I realized that it was me,all that matters come from my mind and its my responsibility to solve my own problems
I had always blamed my parents for my lack of self confidence, because I think it was their fault that I’m in this situation, however after getting to know you and reflecting deeply on my life I know that it was me who is responsible for everything
I looked at the people who achieved their goals despite having circumstances even worse than mine,I obseved every thing carefully, I stopped blaming my parents,this didn’t happen overnight but step by step I got better,i have used the courses and i work on myself everyday
now I can say that I’m a person that accepts all the things happens in my life are because of me,good or bad,positive or negative,is my responsibility
As a result I’m calmer
my relationship with my parents has improved and one of my biggest problems something i thought it would never be resolved was my relationship with my father,I thought that his pessimism would never change
but he has changed,especially in the way he relates to me,because I always try to pay attention to his well-being, talk with myself or my mother,and it’s like a miracle
His behavior toward me changed completely and If someone looks at us from outside they wouldn’t believe that he is the same person
And because I was able to resolve this issue, something I had been struggling for many years now I believe I can resolve any issue with my life as long as i remember two things
1.i accept that everything happening around me is a result of my beliefs and thoughts
2.in relationship I remind myself that I don’t have the power to change the people around me,but by focusing on their positive qualities, I can bring those qualities forward and experience the positive side of them in my relationship with me.

Some behavior from my colleague bothered me, and I complained constantly the result was awful, everything became changed worst and not only about my work but also about everything in my life. I had changed the location of my life (From Iran to the Europe) because I was thinking I hadn’t had good result because of my location. About the practice you have asked us: I have had one of the biggest successful in 1401 against public belief of 95 percent of Iranian people that they believe 1401 was one of darkest year in Iranian history. My successful didn’t happen in one night (As you, my teacher point out consistently in your lessons). I have started my journey from 1396. and I was feeding my successful tree year by year and month by month and I finally got the very good result in 1401. I could change my apartment from a middle class district to a better district with a funny amount of cash that already I had. All the time you are saying that “This moment, is the right time for the movement” and “Just show your faith to the universe and it helps you” and “Big results don’t take place as a miracle, they take place with very simple situations and common people around of us that we know” and ” Start and all the helpers who you need will come”. I was 21 years old and at that time I was gave up to continue championship sport, I was a member of Iranian Youth Weightlifting National Team and I had more than ten years of attending a sports club which created enjoyable memories. For example, I participated in the World Youth Weightlifting Championship in Sofia, Bulgaria with Iranian National Team and I succeed to get rank eight in the world.
