First of all, I would like to sincerely thank Ostad Abbasmanesh for the awareness and clarity this lesson gave me . Reading this text helped me look at my life from a deeper and more responsible perspective, and it reminded me of how powerful our inner world truly is. There was a period in my life when I realized that even though I couldn’t control all external circumstances, I could control the way I thought and reacted to them . Instead of constantly worrying about the future or focusing on negative outcomes, I decided to shift my attention to what was actually within my control. This change wasn’t easy for me. Many times, I found myself falling back into old thought patterns, but gradually I learned to become more aware of my thoughts . Whenever my mind drifted toward negativity or hopelessness, I tried to pause and redirect it toward a more realistic and balanced perspective. Rather than imagining worst-case scenarios, I focused on the small, practical steps I could take. Over time, I noticed that I felt calmer and more grounded , and my decisions became clearer and more intentional. My life didn’t change overnight, but my perspective did, and that shift affected the way I responded to challenges and made choices. Taking responsibility for my thoughts gave me a stronger sense of control over my life, and that feeling alone made a meaningful difference
