Once I discovered the power of positive thinking, I made a conscious effort to avoid negative news and people who bring me down. Instead, I surrounded myself with uplifting and inspiring individuals. Firstly, mindfulness has been really helpful for me. I try to be aware of my thoughts and feelings, without judging myself for having them. This helps me notice when negative thoughts come up, so I can start working on filtering them out.
Another thing that’s been useful for me is challenging my negative thoughts. When I notice a negative thought, I try to question whether it’s based on reality, or whether it’s just a product of my own fears or insecurities. Hello my dear mentor. Thanks for sharing another valuable file and let me repond to your good questions as below:
1. Answer to first question:
For me it is around two or three years that the only media is your web-site. I always start my day with your files and during the day, I listen to files that I summarized from your lessons and also I continue them whole the day even in bathroom! At the end of the day I go to bed while listening to your voice. So my full focus is on your valuable files which help me to make negative thoughts silent and to keep my mindset positive. In the other side, this repetition helps me to remember vibration law and not be oblivious of that during every day’s life.
2. Answer to second question:
you trained us that every single thought which makes us feeling bad, stressed or disappointed means that thought is against the flow of our desires. Therefore whenever I feel these kind of emotions for a matter, I warn myself “be careful Shahrzad! You are deviating from the path!” Then I try to find a way to look at that specific matter from a way that makes me feel better. For example recently I was looking for a new apartment to buy, and I planned to have bought it and moved in before Norouz holidays (Iranian New Year holidays) ; but for twice it happened that I was purchasing and at the last moment both sellers changed their minds for selling! And for the third time, right at the day of the deal, our currency exchange rate to USD changed a lot and since my money is in USD, I considered it as a sign and decided to wait until after holidays. Then for few hours I was somehow feeling a little blue about it. I would like to move to new apartment before Norouz holidays but while I have enough money, every time I wanted to buy a new apartment, something unexpected happened to avoid me doing this! These kind of thoughts and reviewing them in my mind were making me feel blue. Then I told myself “as per my mentor lessons, I have to find a way to look at this matter from another point of view which makes me feel better.” I thought that if I could not buy a new apartment in this area, may be it means that I will buy in a better area. Or will buy a better apartment. Or even it probably means that I should think of immigration more seriously, instead of buying a new apartment again here in Tehran! By the way I trust in God and this beneficence and guide flow in the universe. So I will not rush. I stay positive and whatever happens is in the path of achieving my desires.
3. Answer to third question:
In response to this question I have to say it is so obvious that movies and series almost all are focusing on lack of wealth, lack of love, lack of reliable people, and lack of everting! Even in social medias like Instagram, it is the same story!
A bull-shit culture has been established among people that whoever complains more, it means that he/she cares more about other people and is more honorable!
In the past every time I opened my Instagram, I saw people found a new topic to complain about! And unconsciously it effected in my thoughts and emotions as well. So I stopped checking other people contents on Instagram. And it is long time I do not watch TV, news, movies and series.
4. Answer to forth question:
This questions is somehow the opposite of the second question. You said in one file “the result of faith is peace. The result of faith is happiness.” So this is the sign. Whenever I feel peace, grateful and happiness, it means for me that I am in the correct path and in alignment with my desires.
5. Answer to fifth question:
Of course I did. In the past I was surrounded by friends and some family members who believed that for financial progress all people and mostly girls need their father’s supports. My father’s financial situation was almost good but he wasn’t a supportive type of person. I changed my point of view about this case. And instead of expecting from my father and being sad to not have his support, I thought this is a gift from God to not be a dependent girl, and be a person who relies only on her own abilities and God’s support. I made this belief more powerful in my heart and this led me being one of the most successful female salesperson in my field.
In the end, I am grateful that you improved yourself and it’s outcome is wonderful changes in the

Hello my dear Farinoosh, Thanks for your time to read my comment and I really appreciate your kind and nice words. We all are gaining results and we have to compare ourselves and our achievements only with our previous results. I’m sure everyone who is working on his/her personality, is gaining some results but mostly our expectations are more than achievements. The solution is to be concentrated on your own achievements instead of thinking of expectations. Feeling bad for me myself means that my mind is whispering against my desires. The main key for me was to make my mind silent by listening to our Master’s files whole of evvveeeerrryday without any exaggeration! in the beginning I saw even if I stop listening for one hour, my mind starts to talk and since I’m a talkative type of person, it was really hard to make her silent without listening to files. In the beginning as achievements are not many, it needs more commitment to stay in the path. Even sometimes in the past, my mind resisted to accept all sentences of Master’s lessons at first, but I just made myself to be committed to listen without any judgements. I’m sure by controlling your inputs (medias and people that you are in contact with them) and by concentrating on your achievements and feeling grateful for them (even if your results are not about financial matters), you can feel better and feeling better will lead you to bigger achievements in all aspects.The next main solution for me for controlling my mind is improving my relationship with God. For example I committed myself to study 3 pages of Qoran everyday and I highlight the sentences that God is talking with or about people who have faith and believe him, and I repeat these sentences with myself when I’m in the way to work or home. It helps me a lot to feel that God is supporting me in all seconds of my life and this makes me feeling relieved and relax. However I think each person should find a specific way which helps himself/herself to control thoughts and emotions. I believe the way can be different for everyone; but for sure there’s a special method for each of us in this regard.At the end wish you the bests and I’m sure you will write about your great achievements soon dear.
