full transcription of lessons #3:
How Your Daily Choices Shape Your Requests to the Universe and Subconscious Mind
Every day, you send out requests to the universe and your subconscious mind through your thoughts. This means that what you think about, read about, talk about, and give your attention to all contribute to the requests you make. This includes the books and magazines you read, the TV shows and movies you watch, the websites you visit, the blogs you read, and the music you listen to.
Avoiding Contradictory and Unfocused Thoughts to Achieve Your Goals
However, much of this thought is random and nonproductive. You often think about things without even realizing it or intending to. This can be detrimental to your desires and goals because it leads to contradictory and unfocused thoughts. If you’re not intentional with your thoughts, you can end up attracting things you don’t actually want.
How Mixed Messages Hinder Manifestation of Success
For example, if you want to attract abundance and success, but you constantly focus on your lack of money and setbacks, you’re sending mixed messages to the universe. Your subconscious mind will pick up on these contradictions and confusion, making it harder to manifest your desires.
The Power of Mindfulness and Awareness
So, what can you do to make sure your thoughts are deliberate and productive? First, you need to be aware of your thoughts and pay attention to what you’re thinking about. This means being present in the moment and noticing when your thoughts start to wander.
The Power of Intentional Thinking and Visualization
Next, you need to be intentional with your thoughts. This means choosing what you think about and focusing on your desires. You can do this by setting specific goals and visualizing yourself achieving them. You can also use affirmations to reinforce positive thoughts and beliefs.
How Focusing on Positive Thoughts Helps You Manifest Your Desires
Finally, you need to be consistent with your thoughts. This means making a habit of focusing on your desires and avoiding negative and contradictory thoughts. Over time, your subconscious mind will start to pick up on your deliberate and productive thoughts, making it easier to manifest your desires.
How Your Thoughts Shape Your Reality
In conclusion, your thoughts have a powerful impact on your life and the requests you send out to the universe. By being intentional, aware, and consistent with your thoughts, you can attract the things you want and achieve your goals. So, the next time you catch yourself thinking randomly or non productively, take a moment to refocus and be intentional with your thoughts. It could make all the difference in manifesting your desires.
Practice part of the lesson #3:
there are some really important questions that you should think about and answer. When you take the time to reflect on these questions and give examples from your own life, it can really help you understand how the law works in practice and how your thoughts and beliefs impact your life.
On this web page, there’s a template answer for each question that can help you out. But keep in mind that the more you focus on these questions and try to come up with your own answers, the better you’ll grasp the law of the universe.
1. How do you filter out negative and nonproductive thoughts from your mind and replace them with positive ones?
Think about the answer to this question and write it in the comments section below.
An example of how to answer this question:
One technique that I use to filter out negative and nonproductive thoughts from my mind is to practice mindfulness. When I notice a negative thought popping up, I try to observe it without judgment and then let it go, rather than getting caught up in it. I also try to replace that negative thought with a positive one, which can help shift my mindset in a more positive direction.
Another technique that I find helpful is to actively challenge negative thoughts. I ask myself whether there is evidence to support the negative thought or whether it’s just my mind playing tricks on me. If it’s the latter, I try to come up with a more positive, realistic thought to replace it with. For example, if I’m feeling anxious about a work project and my mind is telling me that I’m going to fail, I might remind myself of past successes and tell myself that I’m capable of handling this project as well.
Overall, I find that a combination of mindfulness and cognitive reframing helps me filter out negative and nonproductive thoughts and replace them with positive ones. It takes practice and patience, but it’s worth it for the boost in mood and overall mindset.
2. Can you think of a time when you deliberately changed the type of media you consume and noticed a positive impact on your thoughts and actions?
Think about the answer to this question and write it in the comments section below.
An example of how to answer this question:
Yes, I remember a time when I deliberately changed the type of media I consumed and noticed a positive impact on my thoughts and actions. I used to spend a lot of time scrolling through social media feeds, which often left me feeling anxious, stressed, and unproductive. One day, I decided to take a break from social media and started listening to podcasts instead. I found that listening to educational podcasts on topics like personal growth, mindfulness, and productivity had a really positive impact on my mindset and daily habits.
I started to feel more motivated and focused, and I also became more mindful of how I was spending my time. Instead of mindlessly scrolling through social media, I was now learning and engaging with new ideas and perspectives. I also noticed that I was more intentional about my daily routines and was able to prioritize tasks more effectively.
Overall, changing the type of media I consumed was a small but impactful shift that helped me improve my thoughts and actions. It taught me the importance of being mindful of the media we consume and how it can impact our daily lives.
3. How do you ensure that the people in your life have a positive impact on your thoughts and goals, rather than bringing negativity and doubt?
Think about the answer to this question and write it in the comments section below.
An example of how to answer this question:
I believe that surrounding myself with positive, supportive individuals is crucial to achieving my goals and maintaining a healthy mindset. To ensure that the people in my life have a positive impact on my thoughts and goals, I am intentional about who I spend my time with and how I interact with them.
Firstly, I seek out individuals who share my values and have a similar outlook on life. I prioritize building relationships with people who are encouraging, uplifting, and motivating. I also make an effort to avoid individuals who bring negativity and doubt into my life.
Secondly, I am mindful of how I engage with those around me. I strive to be a positive influence on others and to lift them up whenever possible. I believe that by spreading positivity and kindness, I am more likely to receive it in return.
Finally, I regularly reflect on my relationships and how they are impacting my thoughts and goals. If I notice that someone is consistently bringing negativity into my life, I am not afraid to set boundaries or distance myself from that person. Ultimately, I prioritize my own well-being and strive to surround myself with individuals who will help me grow and succeed.

1.
Well, whenever I face a negative thought and see something which doesn’t make me feel good, I usually try to focus my attention to good thoughts by listening to self-development podcasts, produced by you Sir, like my future goals.
For example, whenever I feel like disappointed during the day, something deep inside of me says Mostafa this is not the right way and then I start to concentrate on the positive side of my life, like how well skilled my co-workers are and how beautiful spring is as well as listening to a podcast about self-improvement, and then make myself feel better and then I start again.
So, for me listening to podcasts, focusing on positive side of my life work great. And I believe in order to have a good experience in life, it is necessary to have control of our thoughts and try to see what we really want in our life.
2.
Yes, I can. I used to watch whatever the TV presented, consume whatever I would found on the social media and I really didn’t know Why bad things always happened to me and I really felt awful about myself.
As soon as I changed the type of media I consume, everything just changed unbelievably. I started to focus my attention on the things I want in my life and see the positive side of my life and then I was led to my goals.
3.
I usually try to contact people who are in the same frequency with me and as soon as they talk about some stuff they believe in I realize that this is the guy I can meet regularly or I can work to.
Question 1:
To me, one of the greatest techniques to filter out negative thoughts from my mind is the one I've learned through the trainings of the professor, Mr. Abasmanesh. Actually learning and practicing this technique have made great changes in my daily life.
The technique is to look at the situation from another perspective and try to find something positive in or around it to feel better about it.
No matter if I myself have made a mistake or something bad has happened or this is a negative situation or just a negative scenario happening in my mind, since I've learned this technique I try to practice it in any negative situation and it really changes the game.
I have so many personal experiences in this area from very challenging situations I have been there that through this technique I could replace the negative thoughts with positive ones so the result became completely different.
When something negative happens or comes to my mind I intentionally start a positive self talk to myself like:
"This situation helped me to get that piece of information that I was in need, or it helped me to understand what I really want, or there was that blessing in it, or it caused me to prevent that huge loss or it learned me something very valuable or in the future I'm gonna use this experience or it showed me one of my weaknesses that I can fix…."
Or many other conversations we can make based on the situation. It will really make us feel much better in that negative situation and feeling better will help us to see the real blessings in negative situations because everything is positive in its nature and everything will eventually become positive even if it looks different. This is something that I've tried to believe and it has helped me a lot.
So I highly recommend anybody that might read this comment to start using this technique and benefit the changes it can make.
1. To be honest it has been around 9 months since I removed deliberately any other inputs except master Abasmanesh courses. After continuing so for about 2 months and encountering the results I continued this way of life with faith.
2.to be exact its almost one and a half month I'm working on my beliefs related to God and wealth. On this path I ha a been using a file named Triple your earning in a year. In this one-and-a-half month, I could have tripled my earnings by working on this specific file
3.no matter whether other people are wealthy or not I try to focus on myself and avoid talking nonproductive the good news is that working on my beliefs and controlling my input can remove people with poor mindset and invite fruitful people into my life.

My Sing Today: The Blueprint for Your Dream Life (Lesson #3)
To my dear mentors and all my lovely friends,
1. How do you filter out negative and nonproductive thoughts from your mind and replace them with positive ones?
First of all, we need to understand that this is an evolutionary process. If I’ve just started mindfulness, I shouldn’t expect to master it overnight. One of the techniques I use is reminding myself of past situations that went extremely well despite initially unpleasant circumstances. The evolutionary process helps by providing past examples that fuel our logic. This logic reminds us that if we do the right thing and maintain strong and positive beliefs, everything will inevitably turn out for the best.
Moreover, knowing that the events in our lives respond to our thoughts and frequencies at every single moment helps me stay optimistic. I remind myself that the situation can change. Additionally, I’ve learned that engaging in joyful and delightful activities can turn situations in my favor. I deeply understand that good feelings lead to good happenings, and bad feelings lead to bad happenings. Therefore, I might go for a pleasant stroll, watch a comedy movie, or do anything that shifts my focus from negative thoughts.
Repeating affirmations and focusing on and appreciating the blessings in my life also boosts this process.
2. Can you think of a time when you deliberately changed the type of media you consume and noticed a positive impact on your thoughts and actions?
One of the most effective actions I’ve taken, which has had a great impact on my life, is to stop watching TV and following the news. I also left all WhatsApp groups. As a result, I have more time to focus on myself and my goals, and I stay away from negative news that could divert my thoughts and focus.
3. How do you ensure that the people in your life have a positive impact on your thoughts and goals, rather than bringing negativity and doubt?
Through these courses, I have come to understand that every living being in the world has an inner compass that directs the right path. This compass operates by sending signals that evoke emotions within us. When talking to someone, I try to be aware of my feelings. If I feel more cheerful and hopeful after (or during) socializing with someone, I know they have a positive impact on me. If not, I try to limit communication with them.
At the end, I would like to thank my dear mentor and Ms. Shayeste.
May God’s blessings always surround you and guide you in everything you do.
Best regards,
Mahshid
