    Well, whenever I face a negative thought and see something which doesn’t make me feel good, I usually try to focus my attention to good thoughts by listening to self-development podcasts, produced by you Sir, like my future goals.
    For example, whenever I feel like disappointed during the day, something deep inside of me says Mostafa this is not the right way and then I start to concentrate on the positive side of my life, like how well skilled my co-workers are and how beautiful spring is as well as listening to a podcast about self-improvement, and then make myself feel better and then I start again.
    So, for me listening to podcasts, focusing on positive side of my life work great. And I believe in order to have a good experience in life, it is necessary to have control of our thoughts and try to see what we really want in our life.

    Yes, I can. I used to watch whatever the TV presented, consume whatever I would found on the social media and I really didn’t know Why bad things always happened to me and I really felt awful about myself.
    As soon as I changed the type of media I consume, everything just changed unbelievably. I started to focus my attention on the things I want in my life and see the positive side of my life and then I was led to my goals.

    I usually try to contact people who are in the same frequency with me and as soon as they talk about some stuff they believe in I realize that this is the guy I can meet regularly or I can work to.

    I decided to answer the questions in this lesson with happiness
    1. How do you filter out negative and non-productive thoughts from your mind and replace them with positive ones?
    I believe that the thoughts have a high power, the thoughts can effect on our life automatically and they can negative or positive development on our life. I think we cannot fight with negative thoughts! that means when we have a negative thought in our mind we cannot remove it by some instructors, but we can pay attention to the things or the situation which we have good feeling about it consciously at that moment. For example, if we have a negative and non-productive thought about the lack of abundance or the lack of wealth, we should consciously consider the instances of wealth and abundance in the world including abundance in plants and animals and various species that exist in the world which cannot be counted or they are endless
    2. Can you think of a time when you deliberately changed the type of media you consume and noticed a positive impact on your thoughts and actions?
    Yes, of course! I exactly remember since I started to learning the law of attraction from Master Seyed Abasmanesh, I stopped to watching TV and we turn off TV at all at our home for more than ten years until now. This is a big achievement for my family and me, I have some reasons for my argument that write below:
    A. we gained many free time for speak together or consume this free time in learning new things special we can learn the law of attraction by following our Master Seyed Abasmanesh and see the video contents which published in abasmanesh.com website
    B. We consciously took our attention away from undesirable things like war or murder and placed it on desirable things like wealth and abundance.
    C. I confirm that this new approach help me to improve my personality and I succeed make more wealth in my life
    3. How do you ensure that the people in your life have a positive impact on your thoughts and goals, rather than bringing negativity and doubt?
    After ten years trying to learn the law of attraction, now I believe my feeling is a beacon that helps me distinguish the right path from the wrong path. I means that if I have bad feeling about any person, I serious this bad feeling then I thought about my relation with that particular person and analyze the relationship, if I detect that person has negative effects on my life I tried to pay attention to people who help me to feeling good and they can have created positive effect on my goals. Finally, I am sure that that special person will be removed from my life very easily without I having to do anything to end the relationship and that is the magic of power of mind and using the law of attraction in life.

    1. To be honest it has been around 9 months since I removed deliberately any other inputs except master Abasmanesh courses. After continuing so for about 2 months and encountering the results I continued this way of life with faith.
    2.to be exact its almost one and a half month I’m working on my beliefs related to God and wealth. On this path I ha a been using a file named Triple your earning in a year. In this one-and-a-half month, I could have tripled my earnings by working on this specific file
    3.no matter whether other people are wealthy or not I try to focus on myself and avoid talking nonproductive the good news is that working on my beliefs and controlling my input can remove people with poor mindset and invite fruitful people into my life.

I ask for guidance from my Lord so that I can have the best answer to these challenging questions and I promise to tell honestly what I do.1-I think that in order to be able to replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts, it is not always possible to use the same method, for example, I can sometimes use a series of affirmations, or through gratitude, or paying attention to positive points, or by listening to a podcast. Training in the field of success and many other ways. After a short period of time, I can feel good and control my thoughts and bombard my mind with positive thoughts again. I got out of control and none of the ways that worked before never worked and I didn’t feel good at all for two days and the only measures I took was telling myself, Leila, don’t worry at all, it will pass and you will be back again. It is a very difficult task because my father tells me all the news and unfortunately they only publish the bad news, but most of the time I am listening to your soulful voice, my dear teacher, and in this way I respect what my father says and I also do my work consciously.Regarding the Internet and Instagram, I must honestly say that in the six months that Instagram has been filtered in Iran, I have not searched for a filter even once and I will not search for it, and I am very happy about it, and I must admit that I still need a lot of effort to Controlling the inputs of my mind and controlling my emotions and focus.3-The answer to this question is somewhat related to the second question.I grew up in a religious family with completely negative views and wrong beliefs, and this made it difficult for me to change myself and my personality and the beliefs that were inherited from my family, and again, I admit, it was a lot of work. It is difficult and I try every day to understand the techniques that I learned from the best trainer in the world, Mr. Abbas Manesh, and to do as much as I can, and I trust in God, and I never give up or give up, and to do all my work.     My answer to first question:
    Absolutely it is so hard. If it were easy, everyone would achieved what he/she wanted. But there isn’t a tricking way. As you always mention, if you want want something, you should pay for it,try for it and go on the true way consistently. The results appear soon and they become bigger and bigger if you don’t give up.
    So I try filter negative and unwanted thoughts by focusing on what I want. I try hear good news, talk about positive incidents and not to see and talk about negative things. Surely I don’t try to change other’s way of thinking, but just try follow my right route. As I said it’s hard, but as you keep going on, it would be easier to do.
    Second answer:
    In whole of my life I wasn’t a negativist. I’ve been optimistic. Although it wasn’t enough for an enormous success. Because in the inner layers of my mind, and anyone’s else, there is negative thoughts and beliefs.
    The 3rd answer:
    I feel it. Optimistic people have a good and pleasant sense. Our unconscious mind feel it. So I rely on my feelings and as long as I am optimistic and try to avoid being negative, the people like my thinking and feeling, come up with me.

    1. How do you filter out negative and nonproductive thoughts from your mind and replace them with positive ones?

    First of all, we need to understand that this is an evolutionary process. If I’ve just started mindfulness, I shouldn’t expect to master it overnight. One of the techniques I use is reminding myself of past situations that went extremely well despite initially unpleasant circumstances. The evolutionary process helps by providing past examples that fuel our logic. This logic reminds us that if we do the right thing and maintain strong and positive beliefs, everything will inevitably turn out for the best.

    Moreover, knowing that the events in our lives respond to our thoughts and frequencies at every single moment helps me stay optimistic. I remind myself that the situation can change. Additionally, I’ve learned that engaging in joyful and delightful activities can turn situations in my favor. I deeply understand that good feelings lead to good happenings, and bad feelings lead to bad happenings. Therefore, I might go for a pleasant stroll, watch a comedy movie, or do anything that shifts my focus from negative thoughts.

    Repeating affirmations and focusing on and appreciating the blessings in my life also boosts this process.

    2. Can you think of a time when you deliberately changed the type of media you consume and noticed a positive impact on your thoughts and actions?

    One of the most effective actions I’ve taken, which has had a great impact on my life, is to stop watching TV and following the news. I also left all WhatsApp groups. As a result, I have more time to focus on myself and my goals, and I stay away from negative news that could divert my thoughts and focus.

    3. How do you ensure that the people in your life have a positive impact on your thoughts and goals, rather than bringing negativity and doubt?

    Through these courses, I have come to understand that every living being in the world has an inner compass that directs the right path. This compass operates by sending signals that evoke emotions within us. When talking to someone, I try to be aware of my feelings. If I feel more cheerful and hopeful after (or during) socializing with someone, I know they have a positive impact on me. If not, I try to limit communication with them.

    Hi to master, maryam and all abasmanesh comunity
    First of all I wan to thank master abasmanesh for designing such questions which helps us to understand the law. Although they are simple, but they help us to grasp the law of the universe better.
    Question 1: one technique that I use is to ask questions about the origin of that thought . Whether it is logical or just a judgment made by mind? For instance i called my partner and she didn’t answer. Negative thoughts gave me bad felling then I told myself maybe her phone is on silent mode or maybe she is busy with something ….delving into different possibilities step by step made my mood better and when she called me and explained about her situation I figured out that it was completely nonproductive thoughts.
    Another technique that I us is interruption .
    It means if inappropriate thoughts invade your mind you have to occupy your mind with different subject such as do puzzel or play a game or.. After a while, when the intensity of negative thoughts decreased, it’s easier to handle the situation and you can filter out negatives
    Question 2:
    Of course, around 5 years ago I was fan of news and BBC cite..I wanted to learn English and I have been consuming negative thoughts. When I became aware of how media can impact our life I cut seeing news ..After a while I noticed that my life has changed and i experienced more peace,hope of having bright future and the most important, creating my own life by myself
    3. Knowing the fact that people around me have impact on my life, I meticulously choose media friends. But the people who already in my life, i reflect on them and put some filter s in order to se weathe4 they are uplifting or nor.
    Generally speaking, I prefer to be alone rather than have relationship with people who are not know their value
    Last but not least, i’m not afraid of cut my relationship with negative prople

    Hello to my dear teacher abasmanesh and dear miss shayeste Answer number 1: I though a lot about this question and also remembered your teachings that I am using in my life. So when something doesn’t right work or something unexpected happens and the negative thoughts comes. The first thing I do is tell myself that if I let these thoughts stay in my head , worse things will happen because this is a law.So I immediately look for a solution to filter negative thoughts and get out of that bad mood .For example: I play with my phone or watch a movie or go for a walk or if the time is right, I go to the gym and exercise. In short , I do something physical that will tire my body and calm my mind. and this cases where these things do not work, I refer to this site , which is really always helpful and works.

    Answer number 2: of course, for example when I chose not to watch tv anymore and not to spend my time in vain , my mood changed a lot. Or in the past few months, when the situation in the country was not very interesting, I decided to stay away from the news and control my mind, and the result was that I was very well, despite the fact that everyone was talking about unemployment and problems, I was busy with my own plans and I was enjoying a lot and good things were happening to me

    Answer number 3:

    I completely agree with you that the people in our lives have a direct impact on our events and mood. When I was in university, I had a friend who always made people feel bad about themselves and always focused on peoples negative points and making fun of peoples . In fact, when I realized how much this feature has damaged my relationships, I immediately cut ties with person and we stopped seeing each other. And when I focused on the positive of others I saw how much my relationship improved and how much my mood changed towards myself and I was able to improve.

    This is my first English comment for in your English files. I’m so happy and so thanksfull for being here and learning from your excellent journeys. Thanks a lot for your growth and being a shiny pattern for everyone wants to grow in all aspects of his life. I follow the most part of your educations and l learned a lot from them and I used them in my life truely. Thanks God, thank you.
    One of my best actions to change my negative mind and thoughts is think to the law of universe that if I send negative frequency to universe, it acts negatively and will send me events that are negative and then my mind fastly accepts to change my thoughts to positive one. I learned this useful technique from your excellent educations and files.
    Another way to change my negative thoughts to positive one is that I love good mood and feelings and I say my mind and my God, please help me with your endless power to feel better to be better and then after a little time my feeling and my my starts to being better.

And I took the time to work on myself and God guided me to the site and to work on the courses and files, doors of peace and liberation and doors of knowledge were opened to me, I thank God for the teacher who became my guide… 3: When I work on myself and my thoughts, the people around me change or move away from me without me struggling and trying.
