    Question 1:
    To me, one of the greatest techniques to filter out negative thoughts from my mind is the one I’ve learned through the trainings of the professor, Mr. Abasmanesh. Actually learning and practicing this technique have made great changes in my daily life.
    The technique is to look at the situation from another perspective and try to find something positive in or around it to feel better about it.
    No matter if I myself have made a mistake or something bad has happened or this is a negative situation or just a negative scenario happening in my mind, since I’ve learned this technique I try to practice it in any negative situation and it really changes the game.
    I have so many personal experiences in this area from very challenging situations I have been there that through this technique I could replace the negative thoughts with positive ones so the result became completely different.
    When something negative happens or comes to my mind I intentionally start a positive self talk to myself like:
    “This situation helped me to get that piece of information that I was in need, or it helped me to understand what I really want, or there was that blessing in it, or it caused me to prevent that huge loss or it learned me something very valuable or in the future I’m gonna use this experience or it showed me one of my weaknesses that I can fix….”
    Or many other conversations we can make based on the situation. It will really make us feel much better in that negative situation and feeling better will help us to see the real blessings in negative situations because everything is positive in its nature and everything will eventually become positive even if it looks different. This is something that I’ve tried to believe and it has helped me a lot.
    So I highly recommend anybody that might read this comment to start using this technique and benefit the changes it can make.

    Professor, I really like to learn English and I am a beginner, but I know that now is not the time to learn the language because I have other things to do. Currently, I only watch cartoons in the original language for my children, and this is an opportunity to learn the language.     To answer of questions I should say:
    1- Actually I use leisure and suffering lever , whenever I face a negative aspect of my thoughts first I say I make it with my thoughts, second I tell myself the more I stay in this negative feeling , the more worst things happen into my life so I can learn from this event and be grateful for other aspects of my life
    2- Yes of course, I used to listen and watch news and nonproductive media in the past , and the result was bad and suffering for me, As soon as I changed the source of media and eliminate news and nonproductive media that I consumed, I noticed positive results on my thoughts
    3- I noticed their results, I noticed their thoughts and speeches, I noticed their gratitude. If a person gained good results usually shows he/she is grateful and calm and honest and happy in his/ her life. So by the help of their results I find out he/she has a positive impact on me

    Hello to my dear master and my family.
    Q1:I always repeat this teacher’s statement to myself that: every negative thought is from the devil and is absolutely wrong and “not true”. And that’s why I try to look at things in a way that makes me feel better. And if negative thoughts attack me, I repeat the upper sentence and replace the negative with positive thoughts or give calming answers to the whispering.
    I would like to give an example about the teacher’s second solution because it made me think, but with the guidance of Allah, I got the answer.
    The case that is evidence for your negative thinking: sometimes someone insults you face to face! How can I feel better in these cases? Think that this person’s behavior is not related to me; it may be from He is upset somewhere else or has mental confusion and behaved like this! If anyone else were in my place, he would have been treated the same way and I try not to take anything personally.
    But if I see a person who looks at me and whispers in another person’s ear, if I think that this person is slandering me, this is an example of a case where there is no evidence for this negative thought and it is the trick of my mind. Because I really don’t know what they are saying! So I say to myself, I dont know what they are saying,But they might be complimenting my looks. And this thought makes me feel good.
    Q2:Yes! Ever since I left all social media, I feel much, much better in general. And since I have been seriously on the site and listening to files, I can recognize much better that, for example, This conversation doesn’t add anything to me and I have to end it or change the topic. Especially since I started seeing life in paradise, in first days, I was in a very beautiful place similar to Paradise, and the interesting point was that when i was there,after seeing the beautifull sky with magic clouds and enjoing the gentle breez,the rain start to fall!and there was that i found it out :im in a place like paradise!
    I was admiring the beauty of the rain on the paradise lake,and that day I saw the rainfall in that green place and on the surface of a beautiful small lake with ducks around it and a short wooden bridge on it, in front of me.I was walking on the wet ground in that wonderful weather and I remembered that two days ago I had admired one of the files with all my heart,on that file the teacher filmed the beauty after the rain in the surroundings of Mr. Charejo’s house. I looked at the wet ground after the rain and admired it, and my request was sent to the world at that moment which the teacher called it: rocket of desire.
    That was for i jast have watched mybe 5 of life in paradise with total joy.
    Q3:From the feeling I have when talking to them
    If the conversations and behaviors don’t make me feel positive, and it’s better to say if they don’t talk about the law of attraction or beauty and desires, I try to change the subject or leave the place. I keep thinking that sitting here There is no use! It would be better to listen to a file at this time.after a while working on the low of attraction you will know which group or topic is usefull or not.
