Taking control of your life:
Understanding the power of personal responsibility and the dangers of external blame
The most important thing that I like to talk about in my teachings and, of course, remind myself of, “Is that you are the creator of your life. You create all the events that happen in your life.” Many of us believe that life events happen to us without our choice. We blame our parents, the government, and circumstances for the conditions of our lives. We blame our bosses and colleagues for the events that happen in our lives. We have learned to look for an external factor in our lives to blame for undesirable outcomes. We do this to prove to ourselves that we are not at fault. We think and believe that we want to have a good life, but someone or something is stopping us. This negative belief is the most destructive one we can have in our minds.
The Power of Thoughts and Beliefs in Creating Your Reality
But the truth is, you are constantly creating your reality with your thoughts and beliefs. Whether you are aware of it or not, you are sending out vibrations to the universe that match your dominant frequency. And the universe responds by giving you more of what you are vibrating.
So, if you want to change your living conditions, you need to change your thoughts and beliefs. You need to shift from a mindset of lack to a mindset of abundance. You need to stop complaining and start appreciating. You need to stop worrying and start trusting God. You need to stop fearing and start loving.
The Power of Tawheed (Monotheism) in Shaping Our Life Circumstances
Many of us grew up with the belief that we have no control over our lives. But what I realized and what brought about a big change in me is that I create my own life circumstances with my thoughts, beliefs, and focus, and no one, not even in the slightest way, has any influence on my life. This is what the Quran refers to as “Tawheed” or monotheism.
The Importance of Tawheed or Monotheism in Taking Responsibility for Creating the Life You Want.
The reason I explain the concept of “Tawheed” or monotheism so much in my teachings is that it is the foundation and principle of the world. As long as you don’t take responsibility for all the circumstances of your life, and blame others and external conditions, you can’t create the life you want. This is the first, most important, and most impactful step in creating your life.
Many times, consciously or unconsciously, you have pointed fingers at others and external factors for your problems.
The first step is to believe that the world is designed to respond to your frequencies, thoughts, and attention.
The Power of Positive Thinking: How Your Thoughts Create Your Reality
If you focus on something that you don’t want in your life, talk about topics that make you feel bad, or always have a negative prediction about your future, then the world creates conditions that bring to life what you imagined and paid attention to in your mind. As a result, you blame others, governments, and external factors for the unfavorable events in your life. However, the truth is that you have created all these situations with your own thoughts and beliefs.
You should believe that by controlling your thoughts, you can change your life circumstances. This is the first step towards changing your life. The first step is to believe that no external factor has an impact on your life.
Taking Charge of Your Life: Embracing Personal Responsibility and Creating Your Own Future
You are in charge of your life, and nobody else can control it, unless you give up your power and believe that life is just a matter of chance. It’s easy to feel like powerful people and governments have all the control and that we’re just helpless pawns being pushed around by the wind or puppets in a game. But this belief goes against the idea that God is fair and just. Many people think that things happen in our lives for no reason, and we can’t do anything about it. But in truth, you have control over your life, and you can create your own future by managing your thoughts and feelings.
The Power of Co-Creating with God to Shape Our Destiny
I believe that God has given us power and God has made us the creators of our own lives. He gave me the power to shape my own destiny by choosing what I think, what I pay attention to, what I talk about, and how I feel. If I want to have a better life, I just need to focus on the things that make me happy and grateful, and avoid the things that make me sad and angry. This is how God’s law works, and it never fails. This is an eternal law and cannot be changed. This perspective is about being confident and responsible. It’s about aligning with God’s nature and plan. It’s about co-creating with God.
The Transformative Power of Practical Monotheism: How Beliefs Can Change Your Life
After I created these beliefs in my mind, my life changed fundamentally. This is something I want to talk about for the rest of my life.
This is a path that shows practical monotheism in our lives.
It’s a belief that gives us power. The power to change our lives, the power to create our desires, and achieve our dreams.
The Power of Internal Beliefs in Shaping Our Reality
I want you to think about this, believe in your life that no external factor can determine your living conditions. Whatever happens in your life is a result of your own thoughts and beliefs.
This is not easy, I know. It takes practice and patience. It takes courage and commitment. It takes awareness and intention. But it is worth it. Because when you change your thoughts and beliefs, you change your life.
Practice part of the lesson #4:
there are some really important questions that you should think about and answer. When you take the time to reflect on these questions and give examples from your own life, it can really help you understand how the law works in practice and how your thoughts and beliefs impact your life.
On this web page, there’s a template answer for each question that can help you out. But keep in mind that the more you focus on these questions and try to come up with your own answers, the better you’ll grasp the law of the universe.
1- Write about a time when you blamed someone or something else for your problems or you felt like a victim of your situation. What was the outcome?
Think about the answer to this question and write it in the comments section below.
An example of how to answer this question:
A few years ago, I was struggling with my weight and I constantly felt unhappy with my body. I would blame my genetics, my busy schedule, and even my friends for tempting me with unhealthy food options.
At that time, I felt like a victim of my situation and I believed that I couldn’t change my circumstances. I didn’t realize that my negative thoughts and beliefs were contributing to my lack of progress.
It wasn’t until I had a wake-up call that I realized I needed to take ownership of my situation and make changes. I started educating myself about nutrition and fitness, and I began making small changes to my diet and exercise routine.
As I started to see progress, my mindset shifted and I began to believe that I could achieve my weight loss goals. I stopped blaming external factors for my problems and took control of my health.
The outcome was truly life-changing. I lost weight, gained confidence, and developed a healthier relationship with food and exercise. By changing my thoughts and beliefs, I was able to change my situation for the better.
2- Write about when you believed that by controlling your thoughts, you could change your life circumstances, and that no external factor could determine your living conditions. What was the result?
Think about the answer to this question and write it in the comments section below.
An example of how to answer this question:
I remember a time when I was going through a really tough phase in my life. I felt like everything was going wrong and I had no control over anything. That’s when I stumbled upon the idea that our thoughts shape our reality and that we have the power to control our thoughts.
I started practicing mindfulness and meditation, and focused on replacing negative thoughts with positive ones. I told myself that I was capable of overcoming any obstacle and that I had the power to create the life I wanted.
At first, it was difficult to shift my mindset, but with time and practice, it became easier. I started feeling more in control of my life and I noticed that positive things started happening to me.
I got a new job that I loved, made new friends, and started pursuing hobbies that made me happy. I felt like I was finally living the life I had always wanted.
Of course, there were still challenges and setbacks along the way, but I approached them with a positive attitude and saw them as opportunities for growth and learning.
Overall, I truly believe that changing my thoughts changed my life circumstances. By taking control of my mindset and focusing on positivity, I was able to create a life that was fulfilling and rewarding.

Hello to my dear Mentor and all my friends,
Dears, I was listening to the course of “Discovering the Laws of Life” episode 3 and the topic was exactly the same as this lesson.
The first principle that we must accept in order to be able to enter the path of success is that we are the sole creator of all events in our lives and we are the only responsible person for all our outcomes.
Before being familiar with you, my dear mentor, and your lessons, I was thinking whole my life that really why God asked from devil and all angels to prostrating to human. And why it was so important for him! I really could not understand the difference between human and other creations. But you fully explained the matter through your lessons especially in “Discovering The Laws of Life” episode 3. In fact the matter is about creating. Human is the most similar Creature to God. Because human is the only creature who can create and God is the one who gave this power to us.
Now let’s go to answer to the questions of this lesson.
1. Answer to first question:
Few years ago I was a simple staff that however I was completely qualified for upper positions but same as most people of the society I was thinking that I have no familiar person in the company so no one would noticed me and would not helped me to have progress in my job and position. The outcome was exactly the respond of universe to my thoughts and beliefs. However I was the only person who was doing the most efforts in the company, my salary was less than all, and also all were getting bonus except me!
But then, with God’s guidance, I gradually got acquainted with these topics. First, imagining that I could change my circumstances helped me to just feel better. Then little by little this idea turned into a belief. I believed that I can be the creator of my own life conditions and my circumstances don’t depend to anyone except myself.
As a result, my conditions started to change over time and first my salary increased, then my position was promoted, then I entered to the sales department, then USD income was added to my salary, and finally this USD income increased and still is increasing with help and guide of Allah.
2.Answer to second question:
The result was a sense of freedom. I used to feel that I am a victim of circumstances and I’m forced by situation. I have to continue my humble life and in the end at best situation I can make small improvements in my life which are not guaranteed to last.
But after believing that I am the only creator of my life’s circumstances, this feeling of being a victim changed to a feeling of freedom, to a feeling of happiness, to hope, to trust in God and to the assurance of constant improvement of the situation.
The result was a change in the behavior of everyone around me. Either the shareholders of the company where I work, or customers, or shipping companies or everyone else. When I believed in myself, everyone’s behavior changed incredibly. While in the past I thought that people who have a family relationship with the shareholders have more growth opportunities, but when my beliefs changed, in the situation when the son of one of the shareholders was also a candidate for the position I am in now, they chose me. Therefore, all those previous thoughts were only in my mind and it was me who gave power to my imagination with beliefs. When I changed my thoughts and beliefs in the direction of my desires, the circumstances also changed.
Thank you my dear mentor for bringing our attention to the laws of universe with appropriate questions. God bless you
