Taking control of your life:
Exploring the Most Noticeable Trait of the Luckiest Person You Know
I always ask people to imagine the luckiest person they know. I ask them to think about them and answer the following question: What is their most noticeable attribute?
Please remember them and answer the question.
I don’t know them, but I’m sure they are carefree.
How do I know that this is their most noticeable trait? I know this because this is the universal law.
How Our Focus and Attention Shapes Our Life Experiences
As we learned in previous lessons, if we pay attention to any one thing, the essence of that thing will appear in one’s life more often.
For example, if you notice someone who is always complaining about money, they have circumstances that cause them to have difficulty with money.
If there is a person who is always talking about disease, they likely have health problems.
If there is a person who is always talking about how others abuse him, they will possibly attract more abusive people.
Thoughts Become Reality: The Power of Mindset on Success and Relationships
you can see in people around you who always complain about their lack of success, they often struggle to achieve their goals. Those who constantly talk about their failed relationships, seem to find it difficult to maintain a healthy partnership
Conversely, you likely have observed people who always are optimistic. They usually attract better situations, right?
How Your Thoughts and Beliefs Influence Your Life Experiences
If you constantly worry about bad things, most likely you will attract that in your life.
If you are always thinking about your outside appearance and repeat negative things to yourself, you will attract people who will criticize your appearance.
If you always complain about not having money, you likely won’t easily find a way to be financially prosperous.
If someone believes that all men or women are unfaithful romantic partners, they will not easily find a reliable spouse.
If you believe finding a soulmate for a long and lovely relationship is so hard, the universe will affirm your belief.
Manifesting Your Reality Through Your Thoughts and Emotions
You will attract into your life whatever you give your energy, focus, and attention to—wanted or unwanted. This means that whatever you think and feel on a consistent basis will manifest in your reality. Your thoughts and emotions are like magnets that draw to you the people, events, and circumstances that match your vibration.
How Your Thoughts and Emotions Shape Your Reality
For example, if you constantly think and feel negative thoughts such as fear, anger, resentment, or jealousy, you will attract more of those experiences into your life. On the other hand, if you constantly think and feel positive thoughts such as gratitude, joy, optimism, or appreciation, you will attract more of those experiences into your life. You will also attract the things that you desire, such as health, wealth, relationships, or opportunities.
Mastering the Law of the Universe: The Art of Deliberate Thinking and Manifestation
The key to using the law of the universe effectively is to become more deliberate about what you think and feel. You have to be aware of your dominant thoughts and emotions and consciously choose the ones that serve you best. You have to align your vibration with the vibration of your desired outcome. You have to act as if you already have what you want and feel the emotions that it would bring you.
Practice part of the lesson #5:
there are some really important questions that you should think about and answer. When you take the time to reflect on these questions and give examples from your own life, it can really help you understand how the law works in practice and how your thoughts and beliefs impact your life.
On this web page, there’s a template answer for each question that can help you out. But keep in mind that the more you focus on these questions and try to come up with your own answers, the better you’ll grasp the law of the universe.
Can you provide some examples, either about yourself or someone else, that illustrate how different perspectives, when looking at the same situations such as a poor economy, health problems, and so on, can lead to completely different outcomes, even within the same location or family?
Think about the answer to this question and write it in the comments section below.
An example of how to answer this question:
Example 1 – Poor Economy:
Consider two siblings, Mark and Sarah, who grow up in the same economically disadvantaged neighborhood. Mark adopts a pessimistic perspective, seeing the economy as a barrier to his success. He becomes disheartened and makes little effort to improve his situation. Sarah, on the other hand, takes an optimistic perspective. She views the economic challenges as an opportunity to learn resilience and adaptability. Sarah works diligently to find creative ways to make money and invests time in building her skills. Ultimately, their different perspectives lead to completely different outcomes – Mark remains stuck in poverty while Sarah moves toward financial stability.
Example 2 – Health Problems:
Imagine two close friends, John and Lisa, who both suffer from chronic health issues. John chooses to focus on the negative aspects of his condition, and as a result, his mental health declines. He isolates himself from friends and family, and his overall well-being deteriorates. Lisa, however, decides to adopt a more positive mindset. She concentrates on what she can still do, despite her health challenges, and seeks out support from others. This enables her to maintain a sense of purpose and connection. The different perspectives of John and Lisa lead to contrasting outcomes in their mental health and overall quality of life.
Example 3 – Job Loss:
Two colleagues, Tom and Jane, are laid off from their jobs. Tom sees the job loss as a devastating blow and dwells on feelings of failure. He becomes increasingly discouraged and struggles to find a new job. Jane, however, sees the job loss as an opportunity to explore new career paths and develop new skills. She stays proactive in her job search and eventually finds a more fulfilling job that aligns with her interests. The different perspectives of Tom and Jane lead to divergent outcomes in their professional lives.
These examples demonstrate that different perspectives can significantly impact how individuals respond to the same situations, ultimately leading to different outcomes. A positive mindset can often serve as a catalyst for growth and success, while a negative perspective may hinder progress and overall well-being.
Example 4 – Family conflict:
Person A: Alice, faced with a conflict within her family, decides to approach the situation with empathy and understanding. She actively listens to all sides, helps find a resolution, and ultimately strengthens her family bonds.
Person B: Bob, also dealing with family conflict, chooses to focus on the negative aspects and engages in blame and criticism. This approach exacerbates the conflict, and the relationships within the family become strained.
